I worked within the product design and research teams as a competitive analyst as well as assisting with the development and launch of new products. As a product designer, I also collaborated closely with product management and development teams.
Lifeworks is a comprehensive EAP (employee assistance program) provider supporting over 15 000 clients worldwide. Lifeworks believes that improving a person's wellbeing in all facets of life and work will result in more engagement and productivity.
Our goal was to create a unified total well-being platform from incentive and recognition programs to wellness counseling solutions and counseling in an engaging and intuitive package.
Due to NDA restrictions, I am unable to present what I worked on during my placement. However, this is a high-level overview of my work during the placement.
Competitive Analysis:
Explore the EAP sphere to break down competitor products and present them coherently against our own. Highlight strengths and weaknesses and explore possible opportunities to maintain our position as industry leaders.
Resource and Data Management:
Consolidation and reformatting of files and documents improving legibility and organization.
Product Management:
Collaborate closely with product management and development teams leveraging design thinking and user research to identify product opportunities and upkeep.
